Scholarship

Morr Decor wants to help YOU further your education! We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a $500 scholarship to one student who will be attending college, trade school or vocational school during the 2024 fall semester. Eligibility and application requirements are as follows:

Eligibility:
-Applicant must have received a high school diploma and graduated with a 3.0 GPA or higher or must have a 3.0 GPA or higher in college currently if applying as a college student. 
-Applicant must complete all of the application requirements in order to be considered for the scholarship award.
-Applicant may not be an employee at Morr Decor, or be a relative of an employee at Morr Decor.

Application Requirement:
-Applicants must submit a copy of their high school transcript, or college transcript (if applicable) as well as proof of enrollment at the college, trade school or vocational school they will be attending for the fall 2024 semester. 
-Applicants must submit a brief introduction of themselves stating:

  • Their name
  • Where they are from
  • What school they will be attending
  • What they plan to study and why

-Applicants must submit a 500-1000 word essay on ONE of the following topics:

  • Explain how you plan to use your future career to give back.
  • How has setting goals helped you to be successful in your life, or how do you plan to set goals in order to achieve success in the future? 
  • If you had $10,000 to start your dream business, what would your business be and what are the steps you would take to start it?
  • Describe what being wealthy means to you. 
  • Who has been your mentor in life, and how have the lessons you learned from them made you who you are today? 

-Applicants must submit the above information via email to scholarship@morrdecor.com with the subject "Morr Decor Scholarship Application" by July 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM MDT.

After the submission period has closed, all applications will be reviewed. A winner will be contacted by August 15th and announced on our website on August 25th, 2024.
